I am a lecturer in Business studies i also do the following duties • Designing and teaching programmes in specialist areas, contributing to the development and delivery of specific courses • Advising and mentoring junior members of staff assisting them to improve professional knowledge and skills • Initiating and supporting research activities • Providing specialist advice and guidance to working parties and committees • Coordinating internal and external exams • Supervising and directing the work of the team of staff within the department. • Coordinating and managing departmental programmes including course planning and programming • Preparing budgets, outsourcing , and resource allocation • Contribute directly to the management and administration of the institution.
