I have worked as a resource mobilisation expert supporting non profit organisations to develop fundraising strategies that supports their work into the future. I have built resource mobilisation capacity, developed training programs for fundraising staff, and worked with teams collaboratively to achieve fundraising outcomes. I have worked with organisations such as the Nelson Mandela Foundation, 46664, Volunteer Services Overseas, Oxfam and Amref Health Africa. I work hard to understand the social purpose of the organisation and build a strategy, structure and capacity to ensure that increased resource mobilisation outcomes are obtained in the shortest possible time frame.
