During my time at Old Mutual, I was a client service professional, servicing their top brokers and advisors in the High Value Distribution Centre. Some of my duties included resolving client queries and complaints, capturing and monitoring policy changes and processing policy claims and payouts. I was also responsible for feedback via telephone and email and face to face. The culture was one of ownership and responsibility, where each request was handled from beginning to end by one person with the highest degree of professionalism and superior customer service. As I was dealing with high valued clients and advisors, I am able to build and maintain strong, long term relationships with my clients to the extent where they had the utmost faith in my abilities to resolve any query they might have.
