As long as I can remember I wanted to be a chef. In my matric year I went to work for Hilton Sandton to gain more experience. They gave me the opportunity to work there as an Apprentice chef. In September 2017 I received the reward of “Chef of the month”. I have finished 2 years of my In-Service Apprenticeship course and busy with my third year. I am a hard and dedicated worker and take pride in everything I do. My number 1 joy is cooking and in my free time I do horseback riding.
