I am Johan Sadiki, a recently graduated Human Resources Management Student from College. I am writing to express my interest in a potential job opportunity. In addition to my diploma, I have experience in Hr as an intern in the Performance Management System (PMS) department in Greater Giyani Municipality. This role has allowed me to gain valuable skills and a compressive understanding of performance management system and administration. I have also developed three skills that have helped me to excel in this role, firstly, I have been well-versed in a diverse range of performance management and monitoring & Evaluation. Secondly, I have refined my organizational skills by understanding how to properly prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Finally, I have honed my problem-solving skills by actively identifying and resolving issues. Moreover, I possess the necessary qualities to be a capable management professional. I have excellent communication skills and I am a quick learner, able to develop new ideas to maximize cooperation with others.
