 Managing sites H.S.E Programs.  Coordinate and conduct all site inspections/audits and follow up CAPs from the audits  Assist Ops with CAPs from the client  Ensure all reports and data specified by Central Safety are produced and delivered on time, reports to Sr. Management on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis  Assist the Country Safety Manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the safety Programs  Liaise with the site representatives and provide guidance when requested  Assist site management in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities  Liaise with the customers safety inspectors during audits and any CAP  Maintain effective communications with Safety Country Manager and Site Management  Implement and review applicable documentation (SOPs/Forms/Risk Assessments)  Attend the regular Safety meetings with the client  Ensure all compliances to the clients HSE program are implemented  Implement and review Risk Assessments and SSoW  Manage all incidents and accidents investigations  Offer improvements and suggestions when requested  Deliver training as required /per TBT strategy  Develop Quality circles and monthly Safety meetings on site, recorded through meeting minutes  Control/maintain and reports on Customer Survey System results to site and Sr. safety Management on weekly and monthly basis (in case of customer complains constitute an internal CAP and further investigation) .  Involved in ISO external certification audits.
