My current challenge is to understand the customer landscape and to make sure we are catering to their targeted needs in a way that not only makes sense to us but also makes sense to our new and existing customers. I enjoy learning and developing solutions to complex problems - I look for inspiration and ideas in every online and offline interaction to drive both the brand and the customer forward. I make a lot of notes and ask a lot of questions, which means that my processes and decisions are interactive and guided by my learnings. I love to fall in love with the problem and come up with various solutions that can be implemented or not. No two problems are alike, no two audiences are alike and no two team members are alike. This gives me room to learn, grow and deliver. What more could I want?
