With over 8 years collections experience in a call centre environment, a years’ experience as a team leader, over 3 years’ experience as a credit controller and over a year’s experience as an Assistant Debtors Manager, I have great analytical and problem solving skills; am self-motivated, target driven; good computer skills; have good written and verbal communications skills. This, with my experience in Microsoft Excel, will blend in well in terms of analysing reports and compiling reports. My organizational skills are well profound- I regularly work with reports, involved with the day to day planning of the department and strategizing of our debtors’ age anaylysis. I put in the extra hours to ensure that productivity is met on time and that all requirements for the day are met. I am a reliable team player and adapt to change easily.
