I have thorough knowledge of various Surveying and GPS equipment’s as well as surveying software’s capabilities for performing and manipulation of survey data through various computer programs. • Capture alpha-numeric data of cadastral documents. • Render GIS services. • Maintain approved cadastral documents. • Perform technical examination of cadastral documents. • Provide data administration services. • Frame cadastral documents (Section 16 diagrams, Compilation plans, etc). • Endorse or amend approved cadastral documents. • Field work using GPS and Total Station for Land Reform purposes. • Converting Raw data of field survey into the computer using any suitable format which compatible with the software in use. • Draft maps, drawings and create a database of survey data including development layouts and miscellaneous layouts. • Compile and update relevant maps, drawings and databases with any amended information. • Compute survey and data, such as volumes of Stockpile and calculations using model maker and survey maker. • Experience in layout and design using AutoCad Map 3D and model maker • Effective communication of plans, providing appropriate instructions to designated team. • Experience doing surveying calculations in Surpac, Model Maker and AutoCAD. • Export & Import from AutoCad (in shapefie, DXF or DWG format) to Arc-GIS, Model Marker and Planet GIS and Verse Versa • Produce good quality map to scale such hard copies or softcopies which include normal and sepia papers • Preserve all record pertaining to surveying and mapping for future reference and control Which include maintaining accurate data/records/documentation • Provide plans and diagram to clients timeously as required after survey field work. • Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the team or the organisation to Line manager • Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls. • Triangulation; Engineering Survey; Levelling; Construction Survey; Traversing; • Placing and relocation of pegs; • Survey existing conditions of the future work site, including topography, existing buildings and infrastructure; • Measuring invert elevations and diameters of sewers at manholes; • Underground services detector with electronic devices • Stake out reference points and markers that will guide the construction of new structures • Verify the location of structures during construction • Conduct an As-Built survey • Monitor construction sites periodically to ensure overall compliance • Use survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to perform inspections • Inspect plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure that they meet code • Verify alignment, level, and elevation of structures to ensure building compliance • Issue violation notices and stop-work orders until building is compliant • Keep daily logs, including photographs taken during inspection • Review plans to ensure they meet building codes, local ordinances, and zoning regulations • Model maker Cad System • AutoCad Map 3D • Surpac • Road Maker Cad System • Arc GIS & Planet GIS • Survey Maker • Microsoft Package ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Eccess & Outlook)
