Hi, my name is Sandile Ngubane. I reside in Durban. I am biochemistry, foodtechnology and food chemistry part-time lecturer and tutor, soon to graduate with an M. AppSci (Master of Applied Sciences) degree in biotechnology. I am currently in possession of a BSc Honours degree in biochemistry. I have work experience as a high school teacher [i.e. Grades 10, 11 and 12], tutor [i.e. Undergraduate & Graduate level], a junior research scientist trainee and a junior lecturer [Undergraduate Biotechnology & Food technology]. Through my various work experiences I have acquired human skills such as patience, adaptability, imagination, teamwork, risk-taking (calculated), constant learning, communication, mentoring and leadership. This more than qualifies me to be your best bet at understanding biochemistry, biotechnology, food technology and food chemistry fundamental concepts, and subsequently excelling in these fields.
