Exceptionally accurate sensory evaluation skill and ability to develop identical blends in all range of whiskies (from regular to scotches) and other segment of liquor segments like vodkas, Brandy Rum & Gin. 3. Developed different types of method for GLC analysis of products like ENA, FMS, MMS, Scotch concentrates & liquor products also maintained statistical analytical data of premium products for co-genres concentration. 4. As a part of R & D work carried out shelf life study of more than 50 liquor products and change in sensory & taste profile & change in co-genre concentration over a period of time in the products. 5. Prime role in developing a technical centre to carry out analysis of counterfeit products & market complaint samples of Johnny Walker segment from Asia Pacific region. 6. Wide range of experience in liquor manufacturing companies and through practical knowledge of various areas of liquor operations. 7. As a team member of no.1 liquor company in India, I visited more than 60 bottling units across India and studied more than 100 different range of liquor products for their organoleptic evaluation. 8. Peoples development is my personal interest & always focus on a sub-ordinate team to develop them into professionals which will help a company to achieve a certain milestone.
