I have experience in various parts of the legal supply chain, from internship, law practice, legal advisor, legal consultancy and sole proprietorship. I also have experience in various industries such as manufacturing, financial, chemical distribution and different types of companies from law firm, governmental funding institution, private company which had a JSE listed holding company. I am passionate about being a lawyer and being able to advise business about their legal risk, translating it in drafting and reviewing agreements, representing companies and advising on legal risk, which includes identification, analysis and mitigation, providing practical, effective solutions and carving out the parameters for compliance, governance and principled action.
