I have 27 years of HR experience, of which 18 years is management, including senior management experience in different HR portfolio such as Organisational Development, Training and Development now evolved to Learning and Development, HR support, Business Partnering. I have also successfully led Corporate Social Investment activities, thus contributing to adherence to the license conditions. During my career I was nominated as the best job evaluation analyst in the KZN province on two consecutive years, restored management and union relationship as well as employee-employer through encouraging and facilitating transparency in the workplace, successfully developed HR policies and processes including change management facilitation etc. I’m very passionate about people and their contribution to the company success, whilst cautious about the risks involved.
