My name Sello Sethosa. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the University of Free State, and I majored in animal production and management. In addition, I come from an agricultural background where we had cattle, sheep and layers. I have over 7 years of working with stock animals and I am always looking for opportunities to to enhance my knowledge and practical experience. I am always willing to adapt to change and to overcome challenges that may arise. I value integrity, hard work and I am dedicated to everything I do, giving 100% effort to each task handed to me. I also enjoy working with other farmers, as I am people-orientated and I believe in developing healthy, working relationships in order to ensure that the highest level of professionalism is maintained. I would also like to mention the fact that I am computer literate and multilingual. As a result, I can communicate with farmers in their respective home languages to make them comfortable enough to do business with me. In addition, I would to highlight the fact that I have impeccable leadership qualities and the ability to instil positive attitudes into my team, in an attempt to produce positive outcomes. My personality also makes it easy for me to get along with a lot of people, and we all know what a unified team is capable of.
