I am a chemical engineering graduate who has completed a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BEngTech) honours degree in Chemical Engineering (Cum Laude) at the Durban University of Technology (DUT). I have completed my degree in chemical engineering at DUT at the end of the 2020 academic year. I am very passionate about chemical engineering and I am very excited to enter this industry. During my studies at DUT I have gained all the skills that are required in order to succeed in the chemical engineering industry. During the course of my studies I have achieved many academic awards for my excellent academic performance. I have been recognised as one of the top academic achievers at DUT. At the May 2021 Graduation Ceremony, I will formally be awarded the prestigious Dean’s Merit Award for Academic excellence for being the best cum laude student in the chemical engineering honours degree. I also possess strong leadership skills. I am a very passionate person who is always willing to learn, grow and contribute along the way. I am able to work in a team or independently. As a person, I am very confident, flexible, adaptable and ambitious and I have a positive attitude. I am certain that my skills are suitable with your organisations’ requirements.
