I have been in the Retail Human Resources environment for approximately 14 years. My background is vast as I have gained a variety of skills across many competencies. I am an outcome oriented and results driven HR Business Partner who has worked in various HR positions to assist in achieving a positive operating culture. I have demonstrated the ability to manage the demands of employee recruitment, training and development, talent management, employee relations as well as the day-to-day requirements of human resources. All of which drives my passion to achieve organizational alignment between strategy, process and organisation development. My professional development has contributed to my ability to manage these diverse responsibilities, however, I believe it is my interpersonal skills that has driven my success in fostering strong long-term workplace processes and relationships. I always aim to support and coach the team with positivity to encourage engagement and shape the culture of the organisation.
