I loved tinkering with electronic devices since childhood and have had an intense desire to pick them apart and learn how they work from the start. This desire grew in me over the years and I acquired a strong set of problem-solving skills. I gained Tier 1 technical troubleshooting skills at a IT refurbishment store, fixing and troubleshooting pc hardware and software, I've also gained knowledge on internet-networking troubleshooting skills working as a Technical support call Centre agent at Mweb, which lead me to grow in delivering good customer service. I have earned A+ and Network+ Certifications as well as an International Java 7 SE fundamentals programming Certificate from CompTIA, which have given me significant hands-on experience working for these companies.
