I have completed my HR Diploma, at Alison-its international recognized-UNESCO Standard. I've been involved with Hr, Payroll/ Fiance, Commercial and Admin departments for the last 9 years, as well as having the responsibility and HR function which goes with payroll/wages/recruitment to end process internal &external /training-skills development/performance management /disciplinarians/implementation of procedures, stakeholder interactions/unionist environments-committees and cost analyses/ consulting for commercial claims for construction projects. I've overseen Payroll/HR and costing at Medupi Power station project situated in Limpopo, South Africa +-1000 employees for 9 years. In the past, I have dealt and overseen close to 1200 employees. I was recently employed at a construction company for a duration of 3 months in which my contract was terminated, due to the scope of work decreasing based in Mpumalanga Sasol Secunda.
