I would like to mention that Monitor Administrators is an underwriting business which are contracted to MTN Insurance and other multiple short term insurance underwriting. MTN Insurance has +- 200 000 clients which facilitated 2000 device replacements per month (Expenditure of +-15-20 million rand). My core focus was to manage the process from start to finish of replacing the client’s device at the lowest possible pricing and delivered within the Service Level Agreement times, within South Africa. There were much more duties such as creating the best customer experience, maintaining supplier relationships with our business partners, searching for the cheapest pricing, reconcile supplier invoices for payment and etc.
