I have worked at an auditing firm for the past 3 years, where I have completed my CIMA articles. My responsibilities included but were not limited to, processing month end journals and invoices, preparing management accounts, loading payments on Citibank for the client, VAT calculations and submissions, dealing with various SARS queries and also producing Annual financial statements. I have also assisted in year end reconciliations and preparing documents for audits and financial assistance. I have worked on Xero, Sage Pastel and One accounting, Caseware as well as Netsuite which is used by most overseas companies.
