Set up appointments and meet/present to potential clients – including Multinational Companies Negotiating terms of Service Level Agreements Identifying and evaluating clients service needs Recruitment: job adverts, Innovative Sourcing/ Head Hunting of Talent; develop/conduct structured & competency based interviews; back ground checks; coordinate interviews; present and negotiate job offers; On-boarding packs (Middle, Senior & Executive Management Level Positions) Sectors include: Automation and Engineering; Energy (EPC); Financial Services; Manufacturing and Production; Mining; Government – as well as a project in Zambia Manage all temporary staff: Facilitate disciplinary process (grievance reports; incapacity; insubordination; warnings) Manage Payroll function; Conduct 1 on 1 performance management/appraisals; Mentoring and coaching of staff; Revise and develop employment contracts Implemented HR & Recruitment Policy – update and amend where necessary Assist clients with management and submission of WSP/ATR & Pivotal reports Ensure that candidates performance is monitored and recorded once placed Ensure that temporary staff are continuously up skilled and aware of job responsibilities to be performed Assist Accountant with reconciliations of debtors & creditors accounts; invoicing and debt collection Complete Tender documents Compile various productivity, sales and performance reports
