I am a female LLB graduate from the University of Venda, with completed PLT (School for Legal Practice) at the University of Pretoria. I completed my articles of clerkship at Machaba Incorporated Attorneys, where I gained experience in the Administration of Deceased Estates, Conveyancing and Property Law, Commercial, Compliance, Labour and Employment Law and Civil Litigation. My duties included arranging and attending meetings and consultations; analyzing and drafting legal documents; keeping up to date with developments in the legal environment; liaising with counsel, registrar’s as well as other legal practitioners; conducting research; appearing in court as well as general office administration. I was employed as a Candidate Attorney in February 2022 and worked in both the Brooklyn (Pretoria) and Polokwane offices. I was previously employed at the Office of the Chief Justice based in the Polokwane High Court’s Civil Section as an intern in Legal Services (Court Administration) my duties included amongst others administrative support in the Court’s General Office. I am very hardworking and currently looking for employment and where I can learn as well as grow from the experiences as well as skillsets I have already obtained. I am well-spoken, with excellent communication, customer service, administrative as well as strong organizational skills gained in my previous work experience. I am proficient in six (6) of the official languages with excellent reading, research, writing and drafting skills. I have advanced computer literacy, skilled in the Microsoft Office package as well as the internet. I am punctual and reliable. My interests, values as well as my experience fit well with a professional environment. I have also attended and completed the Batho Pele Principles Workshop at the High Court Polokwane in August 2021 during my employment there and I work well with people. In my final year LLB, I volunteered to tutor a few students from home attending the local FET College on how to use Microsoft Word and Excel during semester breaks. Before the commencement of my PLT, I volunteered at Shihlamariso Ndhlovu Incorporated Attorneys. I believe my experience, skillset and characteristics are required for the role. I am willing to relocate and available to start immediately. I am also in the possession of a valid driver's license and have access to my own reliable vehicle.
