I am a passionate, hard working person. I have worked and did my training at The black bamboo restaurant, we’re I had my own station doing fine dinning al a carte. I studied pastry and cooking at Capsicum culinary studio. I work all round the kitchen and all types of cooking skills. I love working with my hand and love to learn to improve my skills within the industry. I don’t like being in one position for long since I aim to grow and lead.
