Personal Attributes I am a qualified Chartered Secretary, and a much disciplined individual who strives on achieving only the best in life. I love challenges and always see an opportunity in any challenge. I am a good analyst because presenting work which is up to standard and good quality is my priority. I have a fine eye for detail and will always give an objective judgment. My communication skills are also a strong point of mine and I like developing trust and building relationships with peers, senior management and the Board. Efficient decision making is another of my strengths and this has been confirmed through my contribution in every company I ever stepped my feet on. Lastly, my work ethic is unquestionable. I consider myself a self-starter and I only require minimal supervision. Though, I consider myself an experienced individual, I would not shy away though on the opportunity to grow and learn in the job. I enjoy couching and mentoring as part of my attributes. I don’t prefer an autocratic leadership. I enjoy spending time with family. If I’m not travelling with family, I’m home reading an article or a reading a book.
