I have worked on first line level 1 and 2 end user support, end user client based. With major companies such as Standard Bank, SAB, FNB, and many other retail companies as well. Implementing business solutions on Microsoft platforms, linux and many other software clients utilised. Initialy did remote software/hardware support for before going to site so to minimise travelling and to get the client working as soon as possible. Hardware upgrades and troubleshooting was part of daily routine. Configuration of laptops for new hires and existing staff making sure all their previous work is backed and setup on the new machines. Assisting with engineering and implementing IT projects, such as starting a new branch or a revamp of an existing one.
