I have a burning passion for the culinary Profession. Recently traveled to the United States and Saint Helen Island where I got to learn more about their culture and Cuisine. I am a hard worker, quick learn and I put a lot of pride and integrity in my work. I am a good team player and very people oriented. The time and effort I am willing to put into my work is out competed by my passion and the drive to push boundaries into becoming the chef I inspired to become. I have gained experience in reputable establishments and aim to continue doing so far the of my professional days.
