By manner of introduction, I am Miss Simangele Dlamini, an Educator, Skills Facilitator and a Curriculum developer, with 10 years of experience teaching English, computer skills and planning Life Orientation programmes. I have always taken an interest in the performance of learners around my district and I make sure to follow the release of matric results; particularly with the English subject. I graduated with Honours in Communication Science, and further did a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in 2005, which have both helped propelled my career educating, curriculum development and creative writing over the years.  Working as an English Educator throughout the years, I have gained extensive knowledge of the education systems and procedures, produced remarkable results and developed my very own methodology to transfer knowledge and engage with learners. I have a proven record of producing outstanding results in English. I specialize in all literature genres, creative writing, transactional writing, oral & speech and grammar improvements.   My methodology of practical, inclusive and interactive learning have all been put to test in the past, and have now been enriched by my ability to facilitate the entire learning process. In 2017, I added to my list of qualifications a Skills Facilitator certificate and have seen tremendous impact in the work I do at Light Providers Youth Club Centre, where I offered training and facilitation services, as well as compiling study materials. My lastest position was working as a Project CoOrdinator for a private training college. My duties included coaching and mentoring facilitators and also liasing with the municipality, SSETA and facilitators.
