I believe that anything that is put in front of me is a challenge that I take to the end. I have experience in working alone as well as in large teams. Organising and delegation is a key part to any successful challenge which I implement and adjust along the way to achieve a positive outcome. This experience is invaluable and goes a long way in strategic planning and accomplishing KPI’s. I have also held a liquor license and I have a good understanding of Micros. I have owned my own businesses for the past 12 years. A jewellers in London, Hatton Garden, which was run by my step dad until he passed away at which point I took full control of the business. Unfortunately my last business, a restaurant called Sophia's Bistro in Illovo didn't progress the way I wanted and due to this I had no option but to close it down. I thought I would be able to revive it from a downward spiral only to realise that I was to late. I have known nothing but hard work and dedication all my life, this is the way I achieve results. My strengths are, but not limited to, hard work, motivating, managing, leading and organisation. On the other side of the coin my biggest weakness or fear is failure to achieve and complete tasks and goals. My core values are initiative, achievement, influence, risk-taking and leading from the front. My personality traits would be described as confident, competitive, sociable and energetic. I also like to take on board other peoples ideas and opinions and I am not adverse to challenging people that work with me, whether below my position or above it.
