Throughout my career, I have sought to derive new strategies for innovative organisational development, monitoring and evaluation. In my previous role as a freelance M&E research consultant at Singizi consulting Africa my responsibilities included performing research and collecting data, interviewing my clients’ employees, stakeholders, and managers, facilitating focus groups and workshops, formulating presentations and proposals, presenting recommendations to the client, and maintaining open and clear communication with the client. Key organisations I have worked with include: Harambee, Anova Health, National Business Initiative, Jobs Fund and Heartlines to name a few. During my career, I have helped clients implement improved management strategies through understanding gaps within their current infrastructure and processes. In my role as an M&E workplace coordinator at The Aurum Institute, I have developed and improved my ability to integrate technology into the evaluation and process augmentation allowing for streamlining of organisational activities. Other notable skills developed in this capacity include KPI development, implementation and review. In my current position as a project administrator ( skills development, Internships and learnerships). I have holistically developed my tendering, business consultancy and project management capabilities. Within this capacity, I have also developed my skills programme conceptualisation, development and implementation skills through SETA engagement activities. My bachelor’s degree in public management from the University of Pretoria has proved to be invaluable during my career as a Consultant. My key modules in business management, economics, statistics, law and research methodology (PAD) provided me with the knowledge I needed to be successful in this field. During my academic career, I grew my knowledge and my character. I gained valuable communication and time management skills. I pride myself in my ability to produce stellar work in a short period of time.
