caring out all leasing functions including procuring new tenants, clarifying lease terms to prospective tenants, preparing new lease to approve tenants, performing credit check using TPN, working on CRM, Metro Filer Fraxion and MDA, coordinating with the facility management to prepare the unit for occupation, handing over tenants to property manager for entry inspections, completing market research rentals surveys using GIS, processing applications from the start using CRM dynamics, conducting exits interviews and facilitating tenants relocation, follow up outstanding documents liaise with tenants portfolio manager, leasing manager, credit controllers and agents about lease agreemen, ensure correct loading of documents on CRM system.
