I am an individual who is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, hard working and open to learning new things and that is why I considered applying for this position to expose my knowledge in an administration environment. The Administration job requires many competencies of dealing with people and to be able to get work done individually in full potential without supervision. Therefore, being a student with Sociology as a major I have gained knowledge of organizational understanding of which as an Administrator I will be able to apply when organizing schedules, events and all administrative duties in line with organizational shared believes and values (Organizational Culture). As an Administrator, one of your key competencies is to be able to handle customer queries in a professional manner, as a result in Psychology I have gained knowledge of dealing with clients as a result of many psychological approaches which prepare students to be able to deal with clients in professionally including the Client-Centered Approach which will be applicable in Administration duties regarding customer services. Also, having basic Microsoft Office knowledge is essential in Administration job, consequently, as a student I have gained knowledge on using Microsoft Office as it is part of academic work. Another attributes I gained as a student are verbal and written communication skills, time management skill, being detail-oriented and to be able to work well under pressure, of which I believe are important attributes Administrators should have.
