I am a person who likes to work with people and like to get things done. I can easily place myself in other’s shoes and understand where they come from. People see me as genuine, sincere and honest and they always know where they stand with me. I am able to plan, structure, measure, control and pull information together in order to achieve a pre-specified goal. I tend to evaluate systems and practices, make practical decision about the best way to get things working efficiently and effectively do resource planning.. I thoroughly think things through and have contingency plans in place should things go wrong. I can think strategically, while also ensuring that the vision cascades down into reality. I can see the big picture and emphasize wholeness and unity, whilst remaining aware of relevant details. I can easily deal with complex and abstract concepts. I have excellent interpersonal skills with social responsibility and empathy being part of it. I am an optimistic person with strong self-awareness, who can make myself and others happy based on having the correct attitude. I enjoy the company of others, and I am able to derive a great deal of pleasure and fun from life. I have the ability to persuade others when I believe in something. In a team situation, I will interact with the team to achieve a practical result. I can clarify objectives and devise practical systems to turn proposals into results. I am naturally calm and trusting and can motivate maximum effort from staff, but am also able to be hard-headed about objectives and make unpopular decisions when necessary.
