I am a 3rd year student in University of Cape Town doing Bcom Management student. I am applying for a job mainly because I am eager to serve and to gain valuable skills for the workplace. I am a naturally proactive individual, Xhosa speaking individual, I love working with people from all walks of life. And I see any job a perfect opportunity to harness my interpersonal and other skills. I am prepared to fulfil my responsibilities and to handle situations of emergency as and when they arise. My pleasant personality makes me an excellent candidate to make a great impression on clients, colleagues, whether on the phone or in the workplace. I also am adept at multi-tasking, so would be able to assist with other tasks, such as answering calls, Handle and resolve email queries & enquiries campaign, prepare progress reports in Excel, etc— whatever is needed! I have good problem-solving skills, creative, willing to learn, also very able to work under pressure and I know how to remain calm under very difficult situations , you will find that I am punctual, flexible, and friendly — all important aspects for any position Finally, I would like to mention that I am a team player who plays her role in every team I am involved in.
