Processing of alteration quotations and updating the alterations on the system for Investment contracts, life insurance contracts and old traditional contracts. Receiving cash withdrawal and loan requests, checking FICA requirements and processing the instructions to be paid into clients bank accounts. I then moved to become an Escalated service specialist where I dealt mainly with complaints resolution and problem solving.
