I have recently finished my Film and Television Production Diploma and have been freelancing, managing local production companies, creating content, shooting, editing and directing. I also have training experience in presenting and acting with a local production. I believe I can add great value to your team! I believe I am a creative. I am very passionate in directing and I am willing to consider new and different positions in the media industry. I am very open minded. I am a creative writer. I'm great at viewing and approaching situations through a different eye. I am always willing to learn, I quickly grasp anything new presented to me. I am a fluent English speaker with great communication skills. I am computer literate. I am quite dedicated, loyal, committed and able to work well under pressure. As a person who studied Film and Television, I have had practicals in every field of production especially as a Director and a Producer. I have shot a short film, company promotional video, PSA,advert and music video. I have also branched into photography since I am also passionate about stills. I own a camera and have been freelancing, doing photography and videography at local clubs to advertise and promote their social media pages, various events, Birthday parties, school events/activities as well. I know my way around a camera. I have knowledge of editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. I must also add that I have also worked as a Business consultant at a business firm in Pietermaritzburg, from 2014 till the end of 2016. My job was to assist clients by providing services such as consultations, Registrations of private and public companies, daily company secretarial compliance services such as submitting CIPC annual returns, Director amendments, BBBEE certificates and CIDB certificates. This highly improved my communication skills and helped with presenting myself more professionally. I also did administration for the company. I would handle the CEO's daily banking and finances at times.
