My name is Sisanda Witbooi currently residing in Cape Town. My qualification background include both a Nation Diploma and a BTech Degree in Human Resources from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I'm very passionate about working with people and for people, I'm a very good listener, very observant and My professional background include 4 months of being a HR trainee and 1 year and 2 months as HR Graduate Intern at one of South Africa's Leading Energy company known as Astron Energy formerly known as Chevron. My duties with Astron Energy Included mostly of Recruitment and Selection and Payroll. I was reposnible for the beginning of the Recruitment process till the Selection stages working together with tj Hiring Managers and the Refinery Leader Team in acquiring the perfect talent for the Refinery, My Technical skills include Microsoft Office Suite, Payspace, Isometrix coupled with my eagerness to learn and grow as much as possible.
