I am student at the University of South Africa. Studying toward a degree in Economics. I have been in the field of Customer Sercive for a number years. I started off as a Brand Ambassador at the Creative Counsel where I worked on a number of campaigns doing brand activations and in store sales at malls and retail outlets. From there, I moved on to working for Amazon Development Centre where I started off as a Customer Service Agent. My primary responsibilities were responding to customer queries via phone, email and chat medium. I was then promoted to being a Resolution Specialist where my responsibilities were to handle escalations via phone, email and chat. I am also required to aid in the mentoring, coaching and development of new recruits, file trouble tickets to raise awareness on systematic issues and partake in bi-weekly meetings to share ideas on how the company can work toward improving the customer experience.
