In November 2018 I competed my studies, I was doing Office Management and Technology at Durban University of Technology. This has given me a range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of this role. I am currently doing a one-year internship programme at Mshtarii Investment. My responsibilities in this role includes maintaining an electronic and hard copy filling, , scheduling meetings and preparing agenda for them, coordinating and arraign repairs to office equipment, conducting research on behalf of managers ect. With regarding to my ability to meet the specific requirements for this job: • Customer service - worked for 2 months in a face-to-face customer service environment at Mr Price Sport providing customer service at registers, lay-by counter and on the retail floor • Reception duties - responsibilities at included Mshtarii investment answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with phone-based enquiries • General administration – Diploma in Office Management and Technology has provided me with training in the use of skills including filing, data processing, records management and writing communication.
