My name is Sphelele Mabunda and I am an ambitious and qualified chef who is looking for opportunities at your place of work. I completed my studies at Prue Leith Chefs Academy in 2017 and also did my practical at Coobs restaurant in Johannesburg's food hub area, Parkhurst. From this experience I learnt the term Farm to Table and maintaining fresh ingredients, I also learnt how to work under extreme pressure. I am passionate about pastry and cold starters, which are my two strongest points. I would consider myself very versatile and willing to learn new recipes and learning new techniques. I am a very fast learner and I am able to work within a team. I live in Pretoria East. I am capable of doing services, such as being a hostess and helping to run a restaurant or place of business. I catch on quickly if I need to learn new things or new ways and I can adjust to a place very quickly. I do have my own transport and a South African approved drivers license. Furthermore, I went for cabin crew training at South African Airways in 2019 on the 25th march, they have trained me into becoming a professional cabin crew member. The training was 42 days long and I was capable of grasping onto new lessons and safety procedures very quickly and I also learnt how to deal with different types of people and diversity. I realized that I work very well with other people even if it is the first time, I meet them. I understand meeting the needs of a passenger or a customer.
