I currently have 12 years total experience in the small to large size business as well as corporate. I've been working in the finance industry for approximately 6 years, starting out as a Creditors clerk, then progressing to Debtors, then to performing the full accounting function as a Junior accountant and also getting exposure to payroll as a Wage clerk. During my evolution in the finance/accounting industry I have obtained my National diploma as a Technical Financial accountant through the Institute of certified bookkeepers (ICB) in 2015. In 2014 I was granted an opportunity to fill a roll as a Payroll & Employee benefits specialist within an HR department and have since gained experience and extensive knowledge within this section of the business. I have then received an opportunity to head up a payroll department as a Payroll manager in 2018. Thereafter an opportunity arose for me to gain exposure to Africa foreign payrolls including Namibia, Botswana, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda and South Africa in a fast pace corporate environment. During the growth of my career I have gained and also improved on skills such as communication, financial, planning and organizing, time management, report writing, problem solving, presenting, writing, listening, multitasking and prioritizing.
