I Specialize in: Human Resources, Labour Law, Organizational Development, Change Management, Project Management, Quality Management Systems, Business Process Management and Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices I am a Generalist and like challenges in various disciplines. I have been working as in Independent Consultant for various organizations since 2005. Working and interacting with people in various Job Levels and disciplines is very stimulating and encouraging. I also enjoy projects, as I have been involved in various projects for a variety of companies over the last 11 years. I enjoy seeing the end result whether long-term or short-term, knowing that the product or service produced will make a big difference in the relevant area of work, as well as the people working in that area. I am always willing to learn new things when interacting with other people, as continuous learning and growth is important, as well as share information with other people in turn. It is vital to give my best at all times, solve different problems, accomplish tasks, and achieve goals no matter the obstacle/s. I like to work in different ways, find, use and apply new methodologies on a continuous basis not to become stagnant, for growth purposes and for the success of the company. I am a very energetic and self-driven person and my goals are to achieve results in all levels of life, whether personal or work related. I stay abreast of what is happening in industry doing research, reading and attend work sessions/ webinars in various disciplines. Note: I have done many of my work in Africa since 2005.
