With just under 20 years’ experience in various positions, I have always been a service orientated individual, although my latest position honed my skills in offering exceptional customer service. I pride myself on serving both external and internal customers with the same level of enthusiasm. I believe in supporting my colleagues and ensuring that they are equipped on all levels to fulfil their duties, which leads to a stronger, more productive and successful team. I enjoy sharing the knowledge and teaching skills I have acquired, where I believe it could be of value to them. My skill set is diverse, which makes me a good “all-rounder”, although I have a keen aptitude for systems and processes. My knowledge of Excel is impressive and I thoroughly enjoy working with data and compiling reports in this amazing program. I am vibrant and outgoing and enjoy a busy atmosphere, but when working with data and reporting I can shut myself off from my surroundings and lose myself in my work. I am accustomed to working in a high-volume, high-pressure environment and work well independently or as part of a team. I am able to communicate on different levels and have acquired exceptional negotiating skills. I attribute a lot of my success in my various positions to my ability to gain vast amounts of knowledge in an industry over a short period of time, as I thoroughly enjoy learning and growing in all areas of my life.
