I hereby confirm that I completed my LLB degree in November 2020, however I have been working in the capacity as legal secretary in various departments for the past 20 years. I am familiar with the workings of a law firm and I am able to attend to taking instructions, proceeding as per client's instructions as well as work in a team and independently. I have the following skills and experience : Interpersonal skills - I am a certified life coach wherein I learnt and taught personal development ; Administrative - I have performed various roles, including administrative duties at various law firms; Computer Literacy - I have completed Power Point - Word XP - Excel XP at National Computer College and have experience in the use of CMS, Patricia and AJS programs as well as working on a daily basis on microsoft outlook and the internet. Interpretation of legislation - working in the legal field it is imperative that we are able to interpret legislation, and due to the fact that I have now completed my LLB degree, I am able to fulfil this requirement. Reporting - I have experience in reporting to client, private and juristic clients as well as reporting using Patricia. Knowledge of Compliance Risk Management Plan - I have completed all modules including criminal law which deals extensively fraud and money laundering. Analytical skills - my analytical skills have been honed during my working experience with the RAF as well as the interpretation of case law.
