. I am a Social Science (Psychology & Geography) graduate with experience in Research, Administration, HR, Social media, Data capture, Communications and Marketing. I am also in possession of certificates in Microsoft Excel, Projects and PowerPoint. I have worked in both the private and NGO sectors. I also have experience as a language consultant tutoring English online. My success in the above posts came from a strong work ethic rooted in accountability and the willingness to go the extra mile. My approachability and calm demeanour saw me build good relationships with people at all levels. My understanding of the value of team work become an invaluable skill that also saw me gain skills from my peers and seniors. My duties as a researcher included the online setup of interviews, questionnaires and surveys. Data management duties included sourcing, coding, interpretation and archiving of information for clients. Presentation duties included the design and production of presentations for our clients. Interview duties included the conduction of individual and focus group interviews. Due to my understanding of Nguni languages (IsiZulu, IsiNdebele and IsiXhosa), Southern and Northern Sotho I was also tasked with interpretation duties for the above mentioned languages. As a Communications and Fundraising intern at the Adopt-a-School Foundation I was responsible for the communication with the various schools we supported.
