I worked as Typist, Secretary and Human Resource Clerk from 1995 to 2001 to different Directors, In 2001 to 2009 I was doing procurement, training of new staff for computer use, typing all sorts of formal documents, answering the phone, making calls, taking messages, doing quotations, recording information to system, writing reports to my seniors, filing documents, recording incoming files and outgoing files, servicing customers in a friendly way, creating database for my work records, dealing with budget of institutions, making payment to suppliers, corresponding with Outlook to my colleagues and managers, supervising and training of new staff . RECENTLY DUTIES (2018-2019) Manage payments – by comparing speed point and till slip. Maintain the cash book by recording petty cash and goods bought by business card and transfers. Prepare and post daily and monthly manual bank journal Ensure all transactions are allocated accurately and cleared by month-end Monthly reporting to director Reconciling back to statement and control account Allocation of credit/fuel/fleet card expenses. Stock takings, Stock Adjustment, Transfer In Stock, Transfer Out stocks to other regions, Bank Reconciliation.
