I am an organized, reliable and dedicated person that strives to achieve goals and targets continuously. To me a Company that succeeds relies on the strength of its staff members within its employ. I take pride in every task I am assigned to and am enthusiastic about my role within a Company. I welcome criticism from Management, as I believe that without being told of possible improvements needed, no personal growth or change can be achieved. For me uncomfortable is comfortable. We live in a generation that has allowed society to dictate an attitude of “not my problem” as well as a “why should I do it” to such an extent that we have ultimately allowed society to influence not only our daily lives; the way we think and act but the actual mannerism and behavior in how we treat others. As a result, I find people tend to no longer fully strive for personal growth and development and have little or no interest in continuously developing themselves by constantly testing and challenging their own boundaries and capabilities. This is why I live my life by the saying of “uncomfortable is comfortable” it reminds me that I am an individual, that I am capable of thinking; acting and taking accountability for myself and that society can either control you or it can set you apart allowing you the opportunity to set examples for others. Peers have described me as a good team player, easy going, likeable and a motivated person who is extremely driven to achieve positive results and thrives under pressure. I enjoy using my own initiatives and work well on my own without supervision. I have good communication skills having dealt with management, staff, clients and suppliers at all levels thus far in my career. One of my key strengths is problem solving and handling of conflict situations be it with account queries, payments, bad service, negotiations, etc. My future goal is to pursue studies in Accounting to a CA level. In the interim, I am looking for a position where I can apply the knowledge that I have gained with a view to grow within the company to a Managerial position.
