When I take on a challenge I will find any way to make it work with my Customers. Change and objections are just another way to have a Business Conversation with the Customer. I have also become Analytical - I will research the Customers Sales and History, then come up with a Sales Plan to benefit the Companies strategy as well as align with the Customer, i.e. Win Win situation. I have a love for Training the staff with in The Customers shops - knowledge is key. I have achieved growth upon growth within my previous position, and also being nominated for Rep of The Year, placing as Runner-Up.
