After about 10 years in the training and development industry and working for different service providers, I have come to understand myself and my capabilities. I am comfortable working in the industry as I have extensive experience and have the theoretical aspect to back me up. I have a strong work ethic and a hunger to grow. In my years as a Training Coordinator/Project Manager and SDF, I have managed to maintain relationships with different stakeholders, when quality assuring my inputs have always been valued. I have had the opportunity to work with subject matter experts in revision of material, changing of assessments and preparing SETA verifications. My motivation for seeking to further my experience stems from my passion of working with people and the potential I have shown in the milestone I have overcome and what I have accomplished in my previous and current role as Training Coordinator/Project Manager and SDF in the training and development industry. Due to extensive experience in the training and development industry, I am a highly adaptable individual.
