hold a degree in Media Studies and Journalism and a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from The University of the Free State. I have worked at Capitec Bank and Old Mutual. I learned the importance of working in a team in order to make sure the business runs efficiently and to lead them to reach projected targets. I also had to consulting with clients, gather and capture of information, take deposit transactions, and take on new client procedures and assisting clients with general banking related queries. I also learned how to assess the financial needs of individuals, help clients with investments, tax laws, and insurance decisions, help clients plan for short-term and long-term goals, such as education expenses and retirement and recommend investments to match the clients' goals.
