I’m an ICT Engineer with a strong background in SaaS, servers, and Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Rocky, Debian, and Ubuntu). I’ve got a good grip on Microsoft technologies and some Azure server management, too. I’m well-versed in Microsoft Teams contact center solutions, PBX, VoIP, Omni Channels, and CRMs, so I know how to get systems up and running for businesses and users. I’ve worked with AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco routers, and switches, and I’ve got experience in project management and pre-sales. Solution architecture is also a big part of what I do — I love figuring out how everything fits together and designing systems that work seamlessly. I’m hands-on with client onboarding, making sure they understand and integrate the systems smoothly. I’m currently working on IT certifications with CompTIA because I’m all about leveling up my skills. My journey into IT started after I transitioned from farming, which means I’m no stranger to hard work and adapting to new environments. I’m quick to learn, and I’m always up for new challenges.
